She left behind a legacy of love laughter and unwavering devotion to her family. She was a beloved wife mother grandmother and friend whose heart was always centered on the people she loved most. Kathy was truly full of life. She was funny vibrant and the undeniable the life of the party. Her laughter was contagious and she had a gift for keeping everyone smiling no matter the circumstance. After graduating from Lock Haven High School in 1970 he earned his Business degree from Williamsport Area Community College. Charlie was employed at Stellant Systems for 40 years as a Quality Assurance Manager retiring in 2019. He then became a parttime consultant for the company. In his younger years he enjoyed hunting. More recently he loved fishing as well as camping at Pine Cradle Lake with his wife Janet.
