Born November 26 1958 in Lock Haven she was the daughter of the late Roy and Dorothy Powers Watkins Sr. On October 30 1987 she married her best friend Rusty Kurtz with whom she shared 34 years of marriage before his passing in 2021. In her younger years she was employed at Island Poultry. She then was employed as a cook at The Valley Hotel and later as the manager of Lock Haven 40 8. Whether shooting pool or hanging out Patricia enjoyed spending time with her many friends and acquaintances. Surviving are her brother Roy "Jr." Catherine Watkins of Jersey Shore sistersinlaw Dorothy Watkins Becky Yost and Cathy Andrus brotherinlaw Shawn Kurtz nieces Jill Edmonds Stephanie Graves and Heather Baker and nephew Eric Watkins.
