Frances H. Skillman Quarles age 101 of Green Ridge Village Newville PA passed away on March 25 2026 with family by her side. She was born October 16 1924 in Canton Township PA the daughter of George W. and Helyn F. Hartung. She was predeceased by sister Doris Jean and brotherinlaw George E. Shultzabarger husbands David Corwin Skillman and Palmer A. Quarles Jr. and daughter Leslie E. SkillmanHull. She is survived by son Evan D. Skillman and wife Celine M. Leathead Mendota Heights MN soninlaw Richard B. Hull granddaughters Arianna "Sophia" and wife Meghan McKenna CalcaterraHull and Clare Venn Skillman nephews Peter and wife Janet and Timothy and wife Angie Shultzabarger niece Helyn Dambach and stepsons Robert wife Rita Richard and Steven wife Marsha Quarles and their families. Shirley A. Shannon 79 of Camp Hill passed away Saturday March 28 2026. Shirley was the daughter of the late George and Anna Deibler. Shirley retired from the PA Fish and Boat Commission as a Human Resource Analyst. She decided to return to work after several years and retired from the former Jewish Home of greater Harrisburg Nursing Home. She enjoyed spending time with grandchildren and great grandchildren and going to the casino. Shirley is survived by her companion Chris Warehime sons Robert Zeiders Jr. Jodi of Tarpon Springs FL Sean Zeiders Sheila of Marysville PA grandchildren Denise Zeiders Eric Zeiders Kayla Zeiders Ashlie Zeiders and Reiley Zeiders great grandchildren Carter Blakeley Greysen Qwynn and Sea Renna and her beloved Kitty Cat Bella.
