Wayne was born on January 27 1939 in Marysville PA. To the late Micheal Miller and Clema Ash Miller. He was a middle child of 5 children. He was predeceased by 2 brothers Eddiy Miller and Kennith Miller. Surviving is Evelyn Miller Houp Jerry and Richard Miller Deb. Wife Vivan Smith Miller Son Rodney Miller Daughter Chrissy Swope emigDaughter Stephanie Miller Foy Don Foy. Grandchildren being Joshua Foy with Many Nieces and Nephews. Wayne joined the Air Force in High School in Marysville where he grew up. He married his High School sweetheart Vivian Smith. He then became a Civil Engineer for the Air Force He went on to being a truck driver for Roadway. He loved hunting and everything mountains. He worked as a Civil Engineer in Singapore and many U.S. States . He enjoyed life Food Traveling and Serving Jesus. A celebration of life will be held Monday…
