Wanda lived a sacrificial life a life devoted to serving her family friends and her community. She continually exemplified selfless love by giving herself daily and not asking for anything in return. For those that God allowed her to encounter she will always be an expression of Christs love. Wanda was born in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and was a beloved daughter of the late Walter Hughes Sr. and the late Agnes Brown Hughes. MILLERSBURG - William H. Allman III, age 76, of Millersburg, PA died May 17, 2026, at UPMC West Shore Hospital. He was born on May 17, 1950 in Harrisburg, PA the son of the late William H. Allman, Jr. and Margaret (Ibberson) Allman.William was married to Robey (Hoffman) Allman for 58 years.He was a 1968 graduate of Millersburg High School. Before his retirement William worked at Brubaker's, AMP, Dauphin Graphics, and Aquatic Facility Design.William was a member of Faith U. M. Church, Fisherville. He enjoyed hunting, traveling, and spending time with his family. In addition to his wife Robey he is survived by his daughter Tammy Zankiewicz (Curt) of Millersburg, Michael Allman (Lara) of Dubois, PA, grandchildren Brett, Trent, Annie, Meghan, Morgan, and Hunter, and 8 great grandchildren. LYKENS- Philip Eugene Underkoffler, age 88, of Lykens, PA died May 9, 2026, at home. Philip was born on February 4, 1938 in Dauphin County, PA the son of the late Clyde and Mary (Dikon) Underkoffler.He was married to Carolyn J. (Hoover) Underkoffler for 57 years. Philip was a 1956 graduate of Williamstown High School. He completed his Bachelor's Degree in 1960 from Bloomsburg, and his Master's of Science in Education in 1968 from Bucknell University. He retired as a science teacher from Williams Valley Jr./Sr. High School with 38 years of dedicated service.Philip was a life-long member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Williamstown, where he taught Sunday School/Catechism, served as treasurer, and past president of the church council for many years.
