He survived by his devoted and loving wife of 28 years Kimberley. He was the proud father of Ashley Kelly. She was the apple of his eye. In his youth he proudly served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corp and completed a fouryear term with an honorable discharge. After his time in the service he became PA Sate Constable. He is survived by his siblings John Jack Kelly and his wife Carolyn Kelly James Jim Kelly and his wife Pamela Kelly Joseph Joe Kelly and his wife Lisa Kelly Debra Hoffman and her husband Dean Hoffman. The loving Uncle of many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father John Francis Kelly Jr and his mother Marlene Kelly. Elisa Costantini was born in 1938 in Poggio Valle in the Province of Teramo Italy. She was the 2nd daughter of the late Alfredo Fantozzi and Maria Di Paolo. She is preceded in death by her Siblings Dorina Vincenzo and Guiseppe Joe all of Italy. She is also preceded by her Husband Franceso Frank 2013 and her Daughter Agnes 1981. At the age of twentythree she immigrated to the United States with her husband Francesco and daughter Nadia. They settled in Overbrook Park Philadelphia and raised their family there until moving to Newtown Square Delaware County where she lived for almost 50 years. In 1981 after the death of her daughter Agnes Elisa found herself on the doorstep of the Don Guanella Community in Springfield PA while bringing a donation from the sympathy cards of her daughters funeral.
