Franks Falco and Joseph Franks Sr. Joe attended Laurel Highlands High School and later became a hardworking small business owner working for many years as a pallet and scrap hauler. He took pride in his work and was known for his dedication strong work ethic and willingness to help others whenever he could. Heloved his family more than anything and took immense pride in being a father and grandfather. His children and grandchildren were the center of his world and he cherished every moment spent with them.
