Marsha Ann Cline-Broadwater, beloved mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026. At the age of 72, she was surrounded by her loving family at Doey’s house in Hagerstown, MD.Born on June 25, 1953, Marsha was the daughter of Charles S. Cline and Joan C. Arbogast. She grew up in Cumberland, MD and graduated from Fort Hill High School. Marsha continued her education by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant and aTeachers Aid. Marsha excelled in each job she had including a personal shopper at Hoffman’s clothiers and Assistant Manager at Jockey. Marsha enjoyed her time assisting customers finding the perfect fit for their needs.Throughout her life Marsha was a source of love and support to her family and friends. Joan Marie (Witter) Myers passed away in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the age of 74.Joan was welcomed into heaven by her son, Tyler Myers, her mother, E. Geraldine (Buchanan) Witter, and her nephew, Jonathan Witter. She is currently experiencing a joyous reunion with them and her friends and family who have gone on to heaven before her.Joan leaves behind her loving husband, Charles H.
