Richard "Dick" Martin

Richard Dick Thomas Martin age 80 of Grove City passed peacefully on Tuesday March 31 2026 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh following a period of declining health. Dick entered the service joining the United States Navy in 1962 serving during Vietnam. After returning from the Navy in 1966 he went to work at General Electric in Grove City until retiring in 2001. Dick was a member of American Legion post 852 Harrisville. Dick was an avid hunter and enjoyed going out with his sons and grandsons every chance he could. He also enjoyed playing pool and spending time with friends and family. Elizabeth Liz A. Baker 67 of Mercer passed away on Sunday March 29 2026 at AHN Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie PA. Liz was born in Grove City PA on July 13 1958 to the late John Charles and Janice E. Graham Baker. Liz worked as a Deputy at the Mercer County Treasurers Office and at Midwest Intermediate Unit 4 in Grove City PA. She was a 1976 graduate of Mercer High School and she attended Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Grove City PA. Liz loved spending time at the beach and taking cruises to the Caribbean. Surviving are four brothers Paul Baker of Mercer John Jack Baker and his wife Linda in Mercer Tom Bubba Baker and his wife Linda in Berlin PA and Gary Baker and his wife Kay in Mercer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Charles A. Chuck Ross age 86 of Grove City passed away on Wednesday March 25 2026 following a oneyear battle with Cancer. Chuck was born in Grove City on Dec. 5 1939 to Charles and Jenny Marie Barone Ross. He married Eleanor M. George on May 6 1967. He retired from Cooper Energy Service where he was outside salesman dealing with parts and service beginning his career in Grove City and spending the majority living and working in Mt. Vernon Ohio. Chuck is survived by his wife Eleanor at home a sister Paula Louise two nephews and three nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and a niece. A private family service with be held in Cunningham Funeral Home Inc. 306 Bessemer Avenue Grove City on Thursday morning April 2 2026 with Rev. Fr. David Foradori officiating. Burial following in Crestview Memorial Park Inc.
