Born in Villalba Puerto Rico he was the son of the late Ramon Pagan and Christina Gonzalez. Angel moved to the United States when he was 21 years old and worked as a cabinet and furniture maker. He was a loving father and grandfather putting family above all else. He loved to make people laugh. Angel enjoyed watching sports and rooting for the Eagles Mets and sometimes the Yankees but favored wrestling and boxing.
