Fisher Lapp. Also he is survived by siblings Catherine F. Lapp Melvin Lee Lapp Abner S. Lapp Jr. and MaryAnne F. Lapp grandparents Aaron and Priscilla Lapp and Eli and Miriam Fisher. There will a a visitation all day Wednesday and from 7 to 10 AM on Thursday May 28 at the Lapp Residence 901 McCarty Rd Allenwood where a funeral service will begin at 1000 AM. Fay L. Taggart Snyder Polk 77 of Muncy passed away Friday May 15 2026 at home with family by her side. Born June 25 1948 in Muncy she was a daughter of the late George B. Taggart and Kenneth E. and Arla M. Gottschall Haynes. Earlier in life she married Daniel Snyder of Hughesville. On December 8 1974 she married Elmer Polk and together they shared 42 years of marriage until his passing in 2017. Larry E. Keith 82 of Milton and formerly of Ephrata passed away on Wednesday May 13 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center Danville. Born November 12 1943 in Reinholds he was a son of the late Paul and Mabel Keffer Keith. In 2015 he married the former Linda Mincemoyer. Larry was a 1961 graduate of Cocalico High School in Denver PA. After high school he served in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. He was previously employed as a Deputy Game Warden and later as a police chief at West Cocalico Twp Police Department. Larry was an avid fisherman and hunter until recent years when declining healthy prevented him from going. His most notable hunt was harvesting a bull elk in Benezette in 2013. Charlotte then graduated from Lock Haven University in 1965 and later from Temple University where she received a Masters in Education. She taught and retired from Upper Merion School District after 22 years. Charlotte was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Turbotville.
