He was a graduate of Perry Joint High School and received further education in Communications thru the United States Air Force later serving seven years in the Air National Guard. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Donna L Ayers Morrison his daughters Sherri Steve Stambaugh of Elliottsburg Shelby Cleland of Loysville six Grandchildren and three GreatGrandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Scott D Morrison. Charles is also survived by his brother John Morrison of Shermans Dale and his sisters Mary Seburn of Shermans Dale and Deborah McClintock of Ballantyne NC.
