78 of Dover PA passed away Friday February 13 2026 at the Wellspan York Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 9 1947 in Dauphin County PA the son of the late Marlin and Betty Geddings Cornman. He was a member of the Dillsburg American Legion Post 109 and the South Mountain V.F.W. Post 6701. Dan enjoyed N.A.S.C.A.R. bowling and playing Santa Claus. He is survived by three children Joelle D. Williams Clint of Dillsburg Shawn P. Cornman Carrie of Mechanicsburg Tanya R. YORK Sara Skiles Kepner 64 of York passed away on Wednesday February 11 2026 at her home in York PA. She was the wife of William E. Kepner whom she married 40 years ago on June 22 1985. Sara was born on May 18 1961 in Lancaster PA and was the daughter of Kenneth A. Skiles of Narvon PA and the late Anna Greenleaf Skiles. She graduated from Pequea Valley High School in Lancaster PA McDaniel College in Westminster MD Shippensburg University in Shippensburg PA and Penn State University in State College. She was employed by the Spring Grove Area School District serving as a teacher for 5th and 6th graders. YORK Ralph R. Lower 79 of York passed away Wednesday February 11 2026 at WellSpan York Hospital.He was the husband of Joyce E. Spangler Lower whom he married 51 years ago on June 28 1974. Ralph was born August 12 1946 in Sunbury PA and was the son of the late James R. and Effie Mae Drumheller Lower. He was employed for 27 years with Hempt Brothers as a heavy equipment operator and for 17 years with the Springettesbury Township. He was a member of the Union County Sportsmans Club Izaak Walton League of America and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
