Rudy E. Rohrbaugh age 86 of Dover Township Dover died at 204 AM Friday April 3 2026 at York North Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was the husband of Nancy L. Stouffer Rohrbaugh. Born December 2 1939 in Cross Keys Adams County a son of the late Rudolph and Ruth Baker Rohrbaugh he retired from Precision Components as a Production Manager. In addition to his wife Mr. Rohrbaugh is survived by two sons Ron L. Rohrbaugh of Mount Wolf and Rudy E. Rohrbaugh Jr. of York a stepson Scott S. Kiss of Montoursville three grandchildren Jera Einsig Rebecca Gosik and Dylan Shindel four brothers Ed Denny Jim and Carl and two sisters Ann and Vicki. A graveside service is scheduled for 1000 AM Thursday April 9 2026 at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens 250 Chestnut Hill Road York. William E. Debra K. Kelly 73 of Gettysburg PA entered into Gods eternal care on Friday March 27 2026 at her home. Born February 2 1953 in Fairfield PA she was the daughter of the late Dale Sites and Marty E. Cease Tipton. Debra was a graduate of Fairfield High School Fairfield PA. She worked as a waitress for many years at Friendlys and then Bay City Restaurant. Debra is survived by her children Tasha L. Smith and Jonathan W. Wolfe five grandchildren and her siblings Candy Walters Dale Sites Edward Sites Tammy Swisher and Cathy Silvestro. DOVER William M. Eutzy 56 entered into rest at 558 a.m. on Thursday April 2 2026 at WellSpan York Hospital. He was the loving husband of Kristine A. Laughman Eutzy. The couple celebrated 23 years of marriage on October 19 2025. William graduated from Northern High School in 1987. He worked as a cabinet makerdesigner for Lowes Home Improvement. In addition to his wife William is survived by his daughter Karlee Eutzy son Justin Eutzy two brothers Christopher Eutzy and wife Michelle and Jeremy Eutzy and wife Nicole motherinlaw Frances Laughman brotherinlaw Kenneth Laughman and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and fatherinlaw Kenneth Laughman. Following cremation services will be at the familys discretion.
