Catherine Kaye Marie Doljac Mihalsky of Uniontown PA passed away on Wednesday July 1st 2026 at the age of 91 at her home. She was born to John and Mary Lescanec Doljac on November 22nd 1934 and was the eighth of nine siblings. She married Adolph Mihalsky on September 3rd 1953. In addition to her parents Catherine was preceded in death by her husband Adolph Mihalsky her brothers Joseph John Lawrence and George Doljac and her sisters Caroline Kaydo Mary Eurez Theresa Doljac and Mary Doljac. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Catherine was a lifetime member of St. Thomas R. C. Church of Footedale PA and currently a member of St. Francis of Assisi R.C. YORK Jerrold F. Garling age 84 passed away peacefully on Monday June 29 2026 leaving behind a legacy of service faith music laughter and devotion to his family and community. Jerry lived a life centered on people. Alongside his beloved wife Shana he helped establish Shanas School of Ballet in 1971. What began as a small dance school grew into a place where generations of young dancers and their families found encouragement friendship and a sense of belonging. The school continues today as Dance It Forward carrying forward the spirit of community and service that Jerry and Shana helped create. During dance classes Jerry welcomed parents into the family living room for conversation and companionship creating lasting relationships that extended far beyond the studio walls. Born August 29 1958 in Rome New York she was a daughter of the late Paul Deeley and the late Elizabeth Martineau Deeley Flagg. Joseph R. Meucci age 77 of Waltersburg PA went home to be with God in Heaven on Monday June 29th 2026. Joseph was a graduate of North Union High School Class of 1967 and a 1969 graduate of New Castle School of Trades for Mechanics. He worked at The Uniontown Post Office for 35 years from 1969 until his retirement in 2004. Joseph was married to his beloved wife Joyce E. Leighty Meucci of 42 years on July 28th 1984 and their favorite song was You Were Always On My Mind.
