Born November 11 1948 in Mechanicsburg he was a son of the late Delbert J. and Ruth H. Freeman McMillen. He was retired from the Naval Depot in New Cumberland. He was also a Vietnam War veteran serving in the United States Navy. Mr. McMillen is survived by a daughter Harlena R. McMillen of Manchester two grandchildren Xavier and Kylie a great granddaughter expected in December and a brother Delbert McMillen. He was also preceded in death by a son Todd McMillen. William E. Mark A. Zink, 62, of York died October 8, 2026. He was the husband of Kay L. Zink.Born June 2, 1964 in York, he was the son of George A. Zink and the late Louise (Miller) Berkheimer.Mark was a well-known HVAC professional for over 40 years in York County.Mark was a 1983 graduate of Eastern York High School. He was known as an avid outdoorsman, both locally and nationally, taking several hunting trips to Canada and out west. He enjoyed spending time at the beaches in Delaware, where he and Kay enjoyed saltwater fishing on their boat. He also enjoyed going on cruises, riding motorcycles, playing cards, and spending family-time with those he loved. He also enjoyed fishing, boating, landscaping, and spending time with his little sister.
