Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Walter and Marion Bettencourt Barnes. Mary Ann worked as a Senior Clerk at the Board of Canvassers for the City of Warwick. She was a communicant of the Sacred Heart Church in West Warwick a member of the East Natick Veterans Club and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary. Wilfred P. Royle 96 of North Kingstown died peacefully at home on March 26 2026.He was the husband of the late Luella E. Owens Royle and Virginia P. Miller Royle.Born in Plainfield CT he was the son of the late Wilfred Royle and Lillian C. Babcock Royle Mr. Royle was employed as a computer service technician with IBM until his retirement.He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1948 to 1952. Wilfred was an active member at St. Pauls Episcopal Church Wickford as a conformation teacher served as a lay Deacon and was a Docent at the Old Narragansett Church for many years.He also served as a Docent at Smiths Castle.
