Mrs. Era Donaldson King, 95, of North Augusta, SC, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.Born in Twin City, GA, and a graduate of the Emmanuel County Institute, she is the daughter of the late Richard and Dora Ward Donaldson. In 1971, she and her late husband, Harry V. King moved to the region from Summerville, South Carolina.Era retired from AT&T, where she was a Repair Operator. A devout Christian and member of Woodridge Baptist, she could be found in HIS word daily. She was a member of the Pioneers of America. Era and Harry also enjoyed trips on their Goldwing. And they were members of the American Goldwing Association.Her daughter, Cherill A. Appelhof; her son, Bryon's surviving grandchildren. Mrs. Catherine Ann “Cathy” Ravenscroft, 79, of Warrenville, SC, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in the comfort of her home, with her loving and devoted husband of fifty-six years, Wilson J. Ravenscroft, at her side.Born in Tooele, Utah, she is the daughter of the late Roserre Vadnais and the late Catherine McGowan Vadnais. Cathy was a great wife and mom who always made sure her family's needs were met.A devout Catholic, she was a communicant of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, where she and Jim served in various capacities. Cathy loved to sing and socialize. She was happiest when she was entertaining, cooking, and of course, playing a good game of horseshoes.
