Jean Rose Ford 62 died March 28 2026 at her home after a brief illness. A Celebration of Life will be held at 200 p.m. Thursday April 9 2026 in the Fellowship Hall at Palmetto Street Church of God. The family will receive friends at a reception following the service. Jean was born in Baltimore Maryland a daughter of the late Joseph Ronald Ford Sr. and Betty Ivey Ford. She attended South Florence High School and graduated from West Florence High School. She was a member of the marching band at both schools. She was an LPN and worked as a nursing assistant. Jean loved horseback riding camping and all animals. She enjoyed relaxing by the pool with her sister. She also loved reading and studying her Bible.
