Drummond, Jamal Lyles, and Michael Lyles (Pam); two daughters, Percinda Drummond Bowe Brown (Kerry) and Selinda Ann Drummond; two brothers, Blake Johnson (Jonellen) and Elvis Wood (Joyce); five sisters, Jennifer Johnson, Charia Dillard, Margaret Harrison, Eleanor Wood, and Gloria Hatton (Otis); along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.Public viewing will be held on Thursday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM at Beasley Funeral Home, Greenville Chapel.Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 2:00 PM at Queen Street Baptist Church.Services have been entrusted to the care of Beasley Funeral Home, Greenville Chapel.

He is survived by three sons, Willie Esbit (Alfreda) James, Jr., Reginald (Amy) James, Latrevious James; three daughters, Priscilla (Wendell) Curenton, Shirley (Ricky) Pulley, LaToya (Kendall) Cheeks; thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.Funeral services for Mr. Willie Esbit James, Sr. will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026 at 2 p.m at the Mill Rock Baptist Church in Gray Court, South Carolina, and burial to follow in the church cemetery.The family are receiving friends at the home.Public viewing will be held at Beasley Funeral Home in Fountain Inn on Thursday, April 2,2026 from 12-6pm.Beasley Funeral Home of Laurens is in charge of the arrangements.
