Michael Mike James Turner 65 passed away on Friday February 13 2026. He was born on January 4 1961 in Charlotte North Carolina to the late Bobby James and Maxine Carpenter Turner. Mike worked with Cummins as an account executive for many years. As a man of faith he was a member of Lake Murray Baptist Church. Mike was an avid outdoorsman loving to hunt and fish. He was a member of Cast Your Faith Bass Club and the Ponderosa Country Club. Mike found joy in watching his grandchildren play baseball and traveling to band competitions. Surviving are his wife Lisa Goff Turner sons Jay Hallman Misty and Matthew Hallman Victoria sisters Debbie Doty Les Karen West and Teresa Lindler grandchildren Easton Hallman Braydon Hallman Korbyn Hallman Carmine Hallman Xavier Hallman and Manny Bright and many nieces and nephews. Hannah Kay Wooten of Leesville passed away after a sudden illness on Saturday February 14 2026. She was born on April 5 1982 to Steven B. and Mary Keisler Wooten. Hannah is survived by her parents children Chloe Olivia Owens and Brandon Alexander Owens and brother Daniel Wooten Nikki. Hannah is also survived by the father of her children Brandon Owens and her companion Jimmy Crowell. Hannah was an organ donor and has helped others in her passing. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sharing Hope in her honor www.sharinghopesc.org. Graveside services will be conducted 1100 a.m. Saturday February 21 2026 at Ridge Crest Memorial Park with the Rev. Ralph Schneck officiating. Visitation following the service. Larry is survived by his wife Shannon Dorval Walker sons James Matthew and Gabriel Walker daughters Syntara and Rachel Walker grandchildren Cianna Turner Camari Armstrong Roman Kirkland Noah Walker and Khelani Cousart. He was predeceased by his sisters Kay Marie and Gerrylynn Walker. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
