Jane Elizabeth Johnson Amick went peacefully into the arms of her Savior at her home on Sunday October 11 2026 after a valiant oneyear fight against cancer. Her husband of 46 years Carroll Lamar Amick and loved ones were by her side. Jane was a fiercely loyal wife sister mother Mimi and friend known for her heart towards serving and loving others well. Jane was the daughter of Loretta Ivey Johnson and the late Scott H. Johnson Jr. She was the daughterinlaw of the late David R. Amick and Betty B. Amick of Chapin. Born in Orangeburg Jane spent her formative years in the Irmo area and graduated from Irmo High School in 1978. She met her husband Carroll in 1977 and they married on December 22 1979. Ms. Juanita Shealy 78 passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 13 2026. She leaves behind a legacy of love friendship and dedication that touched the lives of many. Juanita devoted more than 50 years of service to the State of South Carolina retiring from the Department of Health and Environmental Control where she served as Director of Quality Assurance Division of Procurement Services. Throughout her career Juanita was recognized for her knowledge integrity and commitment to excellence. A Certified Professional Public Buyer Juanita was a lifetime member of the South Carolina Association of Governmental Purchasing SCGPO and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing NIGP.
