Bruce Anthony Vaughan lovingly known as Tony passed away peacefully on Friday February 13 2026 at the age of 92. Born June 17 1933 in Union South Carolina he was the son of Harper and Sarah Bruce Vaughan. Tony graduated from Union High School and later earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. He dedicated many years of service to the textile and printing industries working as Plant Engineer at Rock Hill Printing Finishing for 20 years. He later served as Engineering Manager of the Finishing Division at Cone Mills where he retired after a distinguished career. Tony proudly served his country as a U.S. Army veteran Sargeant First Class of the Korean War. She was born on September 27 1960 in Rock Hill South Carolina to Mrs. Anne Wheeler Hargett of Rock Hill and the late Gerald Eugene Hargett. Joyce is survived by her brother Bruce Hargett of Rock Hill and was preceded in death by her brother Jerry Hargett. Joyce loved the Clemson Tigers her family and her church. She always had a smile on her face and brought joy to those around her. She dearly loved her cat Socks and enjoyed spending time with her friends at Chandler Place. She was the heart of the Hargett and Wheeler families and cherished her aunts uncles and cousins too.
