Kay Marie Weinacht (nee Kent, nee Lahn), born May 18, 1958, passed away on August 18, 2026, at age 68 at home in Madison, SD. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 pm at Rustand-Weiland Funeral Chapel in Madison, SD.Gone too soon, she was a loving mother, sister, and friend. Anyone who knew her or had the pleasure of meeting her loved her. She was a bright light with a kind heart. Kay loved her children more than anything, and she will be greatly missed.She is survived by her 3 children – Josh Kent, Gordon (Andi) Kent, and Deanna (Nathan) Koenig – and two grandchildren, Mariah and Katherine; her sisters Jo Lynn (Nels) Nelson and Jean Ann McQuinn, and her brother Harvey (Melissa) Mehlum.
