Nila Marie Spry Reed 94 of Woodbury passed away Tuesday March 31 2026 at St. Thomas Rutherford surrounded by her family. Born in Coffee Co. she was the daughter of the late Evans Spry and Jnetta Hollis Spry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Willard Reed son Terry Reed soninlaw James Willis and siblings Jean Sissom Etta Joan Spry and Peggy Ruth Spry. Ms. Reed is survived by her daugther Carolyn Willis of Bradyville grandsons John Willis and James Ashlee Willis great grandchildren A.J. Willis and Maggie Willis sister Martha Zenith Parker niece Pam Richard Harris and nephew Danny Ray Sissom. She was a member of the Hollow Springs Community Church and a homemaker. She enjoyed growing flowers quilting crochetting knitting and painting pictures. Her family will recieve friends Friday April 3 2026 from 800 A.M. until 1130 A.M. Graveside services will follow…

Joan Reed Rich 73 passed away at her home in Woodbury Monday March 30 2026 surrounded by her family. Born in Cannon County she was the daughter of the late Eugene Reed and Mazel Phillips Reed. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Dale Reed and Bruce Reed. Mrs. Rich is survived by her husband of 56 years Larry Rich of Woodbury her children Charlie Rich and Tracey Jeff Reed of Woodbury grandsons Christian Rich Nicholas Caitlin Reed and Blake Etta Reed all of Woodbury and her brother David Rachel Reed of Murfreesboro. She is also survived by many cousins who were as close as siblings to her. A member of the Smith Grove Church of Christ Joan was a former bookkeeper at Reed Sawmill and Jerry Pelhams Auto Salvage. She retired from Perfect Equipment. She loved to go shopping crochet and cross stitch.…

Johnny was born to Carl and Katherine Potts Hall. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Shirley and Faye. He carried with him the values they instilled hard work honesty and a deep love for family and country living. In his younger years Johnny served as a police officer in Rutherford County a role that reflected his strong sense of duty and character. But his true passion was found outside working cattle trading animals and raising goats and pigs. The land wasnt just where he worked it was where he belonged.
