Wade Ferrell age 62 of Smithville passed away at his residence Thursday afternoon July 2 2026. He was born January 14 1964 to his parents the late Ellis and Wilma George Ferrell. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Lisa Ferrell and a son Zack Ferrell. Wade worked as LPN School Nurse for the DeKalb County Board of Education. He is survived by five children Shaun Ferrell David Kayla Ferrell Hannah Ferrell Jared Pyles Rachel Ferrell Eli England all of Smithville and Emilee Matthew Stubblefield Collin Kayleigh Ferrell all of McMinnville grandchildren Jameson Mazeleigh Whyett Raeleigh Ferrell and Karson Pyles brother Marshall Beverly Ferrell two sisters Frances Ricky Martin and Darnette Hibdon and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 430 PM Sunday July 5 2026 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating and burial to follow in DeKalb Cemetery.…
