Arlene Francis Campbell, age 73, of Hillsboro, Tennessee, passed away on February 13, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Winchester, Tennessee, on October 26, 1952, to the late Howard and Mary Sue (Henley) Hill. Arlene will be remembered for her quiet humor. She loved her grandsons and there were many days that they followed her closely behind in the kitchen. She always made time to listen to the children’s concerns and their personal interests no matter how simple or how individual. She was a good Mom who liked to be called Mimi in lieu of Grandma. She was always ready to provide a snack at a moment's notice…whether for a little white dog, grandchild, or a friend. She loved flowers especially pansies and the little flower bed where she loved to set and listen to the wind chimes and watch the cat, the little white dog or later…
