Born on March 1, 1961, in Lauderdale County, TN, Rosie was the cherished daughter of the late John Franklin "Pete" and Anna (Vaughn) Midkiff.She was a beacon of love and strength, deeply devoted to her family and faith. Her life was a testament to the values she held dear—family, faith, and kindness. Rosie is survived by her devoted son, Dustin Apperson, and his wife, April, of Ripley, TN. She was the proud and loving grandmother to eight grandchildren: Bryson, Carley, Easton, Fallon, Georgie, Dalton, Kailey, and Nate Apperson.
