Johnnie Smithers Haggard Talmadge - age 75 of Lenoir City passed away Saturday morning, February 14, 2026 at her home. She was a member of Lee Heights Baptist Church. Johnnie was a former employee of Levi Strauss in Powell and later retired from Time Saver Cleaners.
