Nellie was a loving wife mother grandmother and greatgrandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents Ollie and Evelene Bivens Duncan her husband of 62 years Charles Edward Eddie Baxter and two brothers Henry Duncan and Ralph Duncan. Nellie is survived by her daughters Charlotte Oliver Jason and Shelia Baxter Willis sons Buford Baxter and Zendall Baxter Melanie three sisters Flora Cook B.J. Ronald Terry Wallace a native of Loudon TN and a longtime resident of Athens passed away on Saturday March 28 2026. He served as a CNA for many years and loved to play the organ and piano. Terry was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents William Richard and Wilma Lee Robinson Wallace his brothers James Clifford Wallace Johnny Richard Wallace and Steve Allen Wallace and five sisters Wilma Alice Wanda Betty Jo and Carolyn. He was a member of West End Baptist Church for his entire life being a deacon training union director Sunday school teacher vacation Bible school director and bus driver. He worked as a machinistmechanic for 40 years until he retired. He was an avid sport fan especially all things pertaining to Tennessee Vols. He loved fishing and camping with friends and family.
