Graveside services for Mrs. Margaret Elaine Hawkins 85 of Cookeville Tennessee will be held on Thursday September 24 2026 at 200pm. at the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Cookeville. Bro. Lynn Bullock will officiate at the service. The family will have visitation at Whitson Funeral Home on Thursday from 1200pm until time to leave for the cemetery around140pm... Margaret passed away on Sunday September 20 2026 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Margaret Elaine Hawkins was born on August 14 1941 in Cookeville Tennessee to the late Henry Thurman and Lorina Taylor Huddleston. Margaret attended the Scott Avenue Baptist Church and the Salem Church. In addition she worked for many years with GTE in Cookeville. She is preceded in death by her two husbands Lonnie G.
