Mr. Gary Hoppy Dotson 69 of Dayton TN passed away at Parkridge Medical Center February 15 2026. A lifelong resident Hoppy was a very generous man who was well loved in the community and had many friends. He loved his family especially his nieces and nephews. Gary is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Marie Dotson daughter Angel Elaine Dotson four brothers Morris Wendell Tommy and Cecil Dotson three sisters Frances Dotson Faye Dotson and Eileen McMillen four nephews Wayne Wooden Barry Alex and Adam Dotson and niece Cynthia Stinnett. Gary is survived by Elaine Dotson four sisters Yvonne Gary Swafford Nonivee Wooden Winona Hall and Lou Morgan brother Wesley Wendy Dotson and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
