Janice Marie Campbell Ingram Gouge age 83 of Johnson City formerly of Limestone Cove Community in Unicoi passed away on Saturday May 16 2026 at Life Care Center of Gray. She is a daughter of the late Erby Campbell and Ethel Richards Campbell. Janice lived in Johnson City for forty years and she lived in the Limestone Cove Community in Unicoi for forty years. Janice was formerly employed at Levi Strauss where she was an Inspector. She was a licensed Cosmetologist and after she retired from Levis she was a hairdresser for many years. In addition to her parents Janice was preceded in death by an infant brother her two husbands Clarence Ingram and Ben Arthur Gouge. James Wilford King age 85 of Jonesborough passed away on Monday May 11 2026 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was a native of Burnsville North Carolina and son of the late Clarence and Pauline Foster King. James lived most of his life in Jonesborough. He was recruited by Iowa State University in 1958 to play Division One College Football. Also James was the 1958 Horseshoe State Champion. James was coowner of The Elms Restaurant in Erwin for forty years. He retired from Rainbow Bread and ETSU. James was a man of strong faith. He was a member and Deacon at Canah Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. James was quite the storyteller and he always enjoyed sharing his stories with others. He liked cooking fishing and landscaping. Josh graduated from UCHS in 2002 with honors. He was active in 4H named Whos Who of American High School Students. Josh graduated from Northeast Tech in 2004 after earning his Associate Degree in Electrical Technology. Leeroy was raised in Erwin then he moved to Michigan for his work before returning to East Tennessee twenty years ago. Leeroy retired from General Motors where he was employed as a photographer for Buick. He was a veteran of the Army Reserves. Leeroy attended Maranatha Tabernacle. He was a member of the Jericho Shriners. Leeroy loved nature and captured the beauty of the East Tennessee Mountains in his photographs. He was also a talented videographer.
