Joe was born in Dallas Texas to Joseph R. and Shirley Jarnagan on November 19 1930. He graduated from Odessa High School in Odessa Texas. He went on to achieve a Bachelor Degree of Business Management with a minor in Accounting at the University of Houston. He worked in management positions for several oil field related companies. Joe and his wife Charlene founded Petroplex Office Supply in Odessa Texas in 1978 and built it into a thriving business with hard work and dedication to providing quality service to their clients. Joe was an avid golfer until late in life and won numerous golf tournaments throughout his life. He achieved the honor of Master Mason as a Freemason. Jerry P.
