Born on March 1 1948 in Agua Nueva Texas to Guadalupe Garza and Eliza Ramirez Garza Noemi entered this world as a blessinggentle in spirit rich in compassion and destined to reflect Gods love in all she did. Noemi lived her life with a heart anchored in faith kindness and grace. A proud graduate of the Hebbronville High School Class of 1966 she carried the joy of her youth throughout her lifeshining as Head Cheerleader and as the Jim Hogg County Watermelon Queen roles that reflected the light God placed within her and the admiration she inspired in others. She was born on January 25 1961 in Falfurrias Texas to Adolfo Serna Jr. and San Juanita G. Serna. Leticia leaves behind many precious memories that will forever be treasured by her husband Mario Herrera son Arnulfo Cantu Jr. daughters Melissa Cantu and Pamela Arnold Ramirez all of Hebbronville Texas and Laura Homer Utley of Kingsville Texas sisters Marta Alicia Ernesto Garza and Rosa Maria Venancio both of Zapata Texas 14 grandchildren two greatgrandchildren and many extended family members.
