Richard Lanear Frank 70, of Fouke, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Friday, July 3, 2026, at his residence. Richard was born October 27, 1955, in Colfax County, New Mexico, to Keith and Lelia Frank. He was retired from Federal Express; a member of Fairland Holiness Church, Bible Holiness Fellowship in Russellville, AR; and pastored in four other churches. Richard enjoyed playing guitar, and teaching children the basics of playing instruments.He was preceded in death by his first wife, Naomi Frank; brothers, Gary Frank, Terry Frank, an infant brother and sister; and by his parents.He is survived by his wife, Deborah Frank of Fouke, Arkansas; two brothers, Keith Dale Frank and wife Pam of Wichita Falls, Texas, Lenny Frank and wife Lisa of Ardmore, Oklahoma; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.Visitation will be Monday, July 6, 2026, from 1 pm to 2…
