Georgia Lea Jones, 62, of Three States, passed away on August 18, 2026.Georgia was preceded in death by her parents, George Ray and Bernece Jones; her brother, Robert Matthews; her companion of nearly 40 years, John Coats; and her best friend, Sondra Ayers.She is survived by her son, Will Butts of Bloomburg, and her three grandchildren, Bentley, Hadley, and Beckham; her brothers, Thomas Jones and wife Pamela of Ralston, Oklahoma, and John Jones and wife Beth of Bloomburg; her sister, Lydia Howard and husband Don of Ravanna; and her companion, Jeff Sullivan of Ravanna. Georgia also leaves behind her nephews, Sam Jones, Dylan Jones, and Tanner Jones, all of Bloomburg, whom she played a vital role in helping raise; her nephew, George; her nieces, Robin, Priscilla and Kathryn; and numerous other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.Georgia earned her Registered Nurse license before the age of 20…
