A funeral service for Stanton Michael Brown, 65, is scheduled for 10 a.m., Monday, August 24, 2026, at Autry Funeral Home in Jacksonville. He will be laid to rest at West Shady Grove Cemetery.Visitation will begin Sunday, August 23, 2026, and family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.Stan was born in Napa, California, on December 23, 1960, to Stanton and Ardys (Olts) Brown and went to be with the Lord on August 18, 2026.Stan served our country as a young man in the Navy during the Gulf war. He also was a 25-year employee of Federal Heath and was greatly appreciated and loved there. As a gun enthusiast, he greatly enjoyed hunting and target shooting. He also enjoyed fishing and in recent years loved to travel. Another favorite past time was a good nap! He also enjoyed spending time with his family…
