Wanda Mamaw Turner Skelton 94 of Cumby Texas beloved mother grandmother greatgrandmother sister and friend passed away after a long and meaningful life filled with faith family and love. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11a.m. Wednesday August 26 2026 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Cumby Texas. Family will receive friends and family one hour prior to services. Interment to follow at Friendship Cemetery in Cumby Texas. Brother Jay Sykes will officiate. Wanda was born July 26 1932 in Commerce Texas to Myrtle Lankford and John Wiley Turner. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents her brothers Leon Joe Cecil and her sisters Prebble Eva Lee Jimmie Gay Nell. She graduated from Commerce High School in 1949. Mark Copeland

Mark was born May 18 1959 in Springfield Illinois to Albert Glenn and Sue Marquis Copeland. They preceded him in death as well as his brother Paul Copeland. Mark had a bachelors degree from Purdue University and a masters degree from the University of Houston Hilton school of Hotel Management and was Vice President of Real Estate Development for TRC Corporation. Survivors include his husband Ron Little of Ft. Worth Texas niece Carrie Murphy nephew Jonathan Copeland and sister in law Carole Copeland all of Indiana. Mark was born May 18 1959 in Springfield Illinois to Albert Glenn and Sue Marquis Copeland. They preceded him in death as well as his brother Paul Copeland.
