He was born on October 22 1962 in Fort Sam Houston Texas to his parents John Campbell Butler Sr. and Dolores Butler. Del worked as a gauger for various oilfield companies throughout his career. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. Del was a loving father son and brother who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Del was survived by his mother Dolores Butler of Freer Texas and his father John Campbell Butler Sr. of Georgia his daughter Emerald Tyler Honea of Sour Lake Texas his brother John Cam Butler Jr. his sister Denise Butler his two grandsons Grayson and Kamden as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
