Sue Adams of Ferris Texas passed away on May 10 2026 at age 86. Sue was born in Port Arthur Texas to parents Tom and Arlene Cappel. Sue is survived by her 2 sons Greg and Rodney Martin sister Beth and Jim Darnell and brother Dan and Teresa Cappel. She was a strong but loving woman that had many dear ones that knew her as aunt Sue or just "mom". She was a church attending woman until her health issues stopped her from going but she enjoyed watching Beths sons services online. She was a very hard worker her entire life until she retired from Southwest Bell.

Billy Simpson

Billy Charles Simpson was born January 11 1934 in Krotz Springs Louisiana. He passed away May 13 2026 at the age of 92. He graduated from Ferris high school in 1951. He attended Abilene Christian College and graduated in 1957. He served in the US Army and was married to Gail Grider Simpson in 1963. They moved to Bristol Texas in 1977 where he resided until his death. He taught school and worked in the transportation industry. He is preceded in death by his parents Herschel and Ruth Simpson wife Gail Simpson and son Gary Simpson. Visitation will be 600 800 PM Tuesday May 19 2026 at the Bristol Church of Christ Ennis Texas. Funeral Service will be 1100 AM Wednesday May 20 2026 at the Bristol Church of Christ Ennis Texas.
