Chris was born in Magnolia Mississippi on July 26 1969 to Cecil Cutrer and Linda Foster Cutrer. He married Cindy Darlene Mitchell Cutrer on June 6 2009 in Llano Texas. He loved historical reenactment traveling riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.
