Jenny Brown Horton Johnson 79 of Tolar passed away on July 2 2026 surrounded by her family. A graveside service will be held at 1000 A.M. on Monday July 6 2026 at Glenn Cemetery in Tolar Texas with Ed Dittfurth officiating. Jenny was born on December 23 1946 in Stanford Kentucky to Frank Horton Sr. and Sara Alice Scott Horton. She was married to Robert Johnson JR. on November 28 1994 until he passed away on June 25 2024. For many years Jenny served as an administrative assistant for the Lincoln County health department. She was a member of Crab Orchard Baptist Church and enjoyed crossword puzzles card games and Scrabble. She cherished time spent with friends and family making homemade pies and listening to the birds and windchimes from her porch.
