Donnie Ray Carroll was born on January 15 1960 in Oakland Texas to the late Eligah Carroll Jr. and Girlie B. Carroll. He was one of eight children and was the youngest surviving child. Donnie was preceded in death by two of his siblings Anita and Michael who passed away at a young age. Donnie was a member of Oakland Hill Baptist Church and graduated from Weimar High School in 1978. Following graduation he worked at Utex in Weimar Texas. During the 1990s Donnie relocated from Oakland and began a new chapter of his life elsewhere. Donnie was a kindhearted and loving individual who brought warmth to those around him. He had a deep love for music and enjoyed spending time shooting pool. To the late Willie Dobbins Sr. and Tempie Francis Blanks a beautiful baby girl Janice Marie Blanks was born on November 24 1957 in La Grange Texas. Janice spent her early years in La Grange where she was a member of Peaceful Rest Missionary Baptist Church. She later moved to Pasadena California and eventually settled in Houston Texas where she spent the remainder of her life. Janice was preceded in death by her beloved parents and siblings James Worlds Earlene Bass Annie Lue Vaughns Novella Malveau Ollie Mae Slege Sudina Thomas Olivia Washington and Veola Scott. Janice leaves to cherish her precious memory her two children David Blanks and wife Tarniesha and Roshanda Blanks. She is also survived by four sisters Mary Corine Blanks Alice Gambriell Jamie Henderson and Linda Johnson and three brothers Willie Dobbins Jr. Edward Paige and Melvin Thompson.
