Reita was born on September 15 1932 in Donie Texas to William Emmett Dossey and Dessie Mae Scott Dossey. She was known for her vibrant spirit and love of traveling with her husband Cleve. Together they traveled the world met and made many new friends owned and operated several businesses and shared many adventures together.
