She is preceded in death by her parents Robert Carl and Elsie Rylander Deviney her two older brothers Robert Rylander Deviney and James Lee Deviney and her husband William Leroy Bill Colburn. She is survived by her son William Carl Billy Colburn his wife Tanee Jasek Colburn and their children Hudson Chase Colburn and Dillon Grey Colburn her oldest granddaughter Savannah Jean Boazman Colburn her partner Drew Ureste and their son Myles BlueSandras great grandson her daughter Cynthia Ann Cyndie Colburn beloved nieces and nephews and their families cousins and other extended family. Sandra was born on June 15 1943 in Lockhart Texas and raised in Martindale where her grandparents had settled after the Civil War.
