Deborah Lee Bowen lovingly known as Debbie and most cherished as Mimi passed away on March 24 2026 at 432 PM surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on November 20 1961 in Jefferson City Tennessee. Debbie was adopted and raised by the most amazing parents Earleen and Daniel Helton who gave her a life filled with love and strength. She is now reunited in heaven with her mother Earleen Helton and her four sisters who preceded her in passing. Debbie leaves behind a family who adored her deeply including her daughter Jessica Muniz and soninlaw Michael Muniz. She was a proud and devoted Mimi to her grandchildren Maximus Muniz Raelynn Muniz and Cade Groeneveld and a loving greatgrandmother to Quinton Groeneveld.
