He was born on May 8, 1984, in Beaumont, to Rhonda Jean Sangwin Swearingen and Frank Swearingen, Sr.He was a man with a heart of gold, a strong faith in God, a soul full of kindness, and a personality that could bring laughter into even the hardest of days. If someone needed a hand, a listening ear, or simply someone to make them laugh, he was the kind of man who would show up. As a brother, son, husband, father, and uncle, he was irreplaceable. Albert was raised in the Catholic faith which was a part of his early foundation and upbringing. Albert graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School with the Class of 1966. His strong work ethic mechanical ability and entrepreneurial spirit were deeply rooted in his family. His father Morrison worked for the Texaco refinery until his retirement while also building businesses of his own including Wilson Sons Salvage Yard and an upholstery business.
