He was born on February 9 1948 in Borger Texas to Norman and Wilma Louise Speed who preceded him in death. Tommy spent more than 30 years as a truck driver a career that took him across all 50 states. He lived much of his life on the road embracing the independence and grit that came with it. He loved the trucking life and was able to share some of his experiences with his daughter Sarah. All of that time spent on the road gave him the ability to be able to give directions from one side of the country to the other with very specific details like exits and landmarks. Later in life he became a Camp Host at some of beautiful Colorados most primitive sites and he received accolades for his efforts and abilities to accommodate all his guests. Vicky was born in Paris Texas on February 11 1957 to Bobby and Clyde Rhea Setzer. She married Wesley Bailey on April 12 1985 in Paris Texas. She was employed at KimberlyClark for 29 years. She was deeply involved in the Roxton community. She attended the Roxton First United Methodist Church. Vicky helped with fundraisers Roxton Christmas lights July 4th festivities and served on the Restland Cemetery Board. She never passed on a deal whether it was clothes shoes jewelry or purses she had a gift for finding treasures. Randy loved everything outdoors especially fishing and hunting.
