Fritz Albert Schneider of Atascosa Texas passed away on February 13 2026 at the age of 88. He was born August 29 1937 in San Antonio Texas to Albert William Schneider and Lucia Joan Skonitzki Schneider. Fritz was a graduate from Southwest High School. For twentytwo years he worked for City Public Service. He also farmed in South Texas for four decades. On March 30 1958 Fritz married Carolyn Ann Geiger at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Von Ormy Texas. They were blessed with fiftythree years of marriage and three children. Survivors include his children Sheryl Franger Wayne of La Coste Floyd Bubba Schneider Lisa of La Coste and Becky Schneider of Atascosa grandchildren Amber Franger Chase Menchaca Kari Jeremy Menchaca Erica and Christian Schneider greatgrandchildren Cash Menchaca Brylee Mulle Hadleigh Menchaca and Ana Menchaca brother Sidney Schneider Linda of WinstonSalem North Carolina and companion Amanda Alanis.
